| Olivier Saumon founded in 1999 and developed the Health Sciences practice which he manages with Céline Roquelle-Meyer. With a team dedicated to the health sector, Olivier is a recognized practioner servicing the pharmaceutical and medical sectors, regulation of medical products and equipment, biotechnology, cosmetics and food safety. His team responds to the needs of players in the pharmaceutical, sanitary and medico-social world. Olivier acts in matters of pharmaceutical and medical law, regulation of health products, biotechnology, cosmetology and security of food products. His experience in these areas has allowed him to broaden his practice to include French and European distribution of sanitary and health products, and product liability. |
| The department advises institutions in the medical world, pharmaceutical laboratories, manufacturers and distributors of medical equipment as well as humanitarian associations and foundations, and for institutions for the aged and the handicapped. The department is regularly consulted by hospital groups and for the organization of groups for the coordination of medical services with self-employed medical professionals. |
| Olivier Saumon has also developed a practice in intellectual property law, and especially in audiovisual and musical production, as well as trademarks and patents. |
| Olivier speaks regularly at conferences and publishes articles relating to health sciences. He is one of the co-author of the Code de la santé publique. |
Former Secrétaire de la Conférence du Stage at the Paris Bar, Olivier Saumon is highly experienced in matters of criminal law and procedure.
He is currently a member of the Conseil de l'Ordre of the Paris Bar, heading up the international commission. He is a CCBE expert in ethical issues. |
