An alumnus of the Ecole Nationale de Impôts and a specialized tax lawyer, Sylvie Lérat makes her experience available to managers and businesses through a transversal approach to legal and tax issues.
She advises Vatier & Associés clients on the optimum tax structure for their projects, and the management of tax audits and litigation.
Her past as a tax inspector gives her a better understanding of the relationship between the client and the tax administration, and is a true asset in the management of tax audits.
She also advises managers and businesses for the initial structuring of companies, shareholder relations, and mergers and acquisitions.
